1. About This Service

SellPhones.sydney ("we", "us", "our") provides an iPhone buy-back service in the Sydney, NSW region. By submitting a quote request through our website or contacting us to sell a device, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Quote Process

• Quotes are provided based on the information you supply about the device's model, storage capacity, and condition.
• All quotes are indicative and subject to physical inspection of the device.
• We aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your quote request, but response times may vary.
• A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed verbally or in writing by our team after inspection.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued, subject to market fluctuations.

3. Device Condition & Accuracy

• You must accurately describe the condition and any damage to your device when submitting a quote request.
• If the physical condition of the device differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw our offer.
• You must be the legal owner of the device or have authority to sell it.
• Devices that are activation-locked (iCloud locked) or reported stolen cannot be purchased.

4. Payment

• Payment is made after physical inspection and acceptance of the agreed price.
• We offer payment via cash, bank transfer, or PayID at our discretion and by mutual agreement.
• Payment is final once made. No refunds or reversals will be processed once a transaction is completed.

5. Pickup & Drop-Off

Pickup and drop-off arrangements are agreed upon at the time of the verbal or written quote confirmation. We service the greater Sydney area, with primary coverage in the Penrith region. Travel arrangements outside our standard service area may be subject to additional conditions.

6. No Obligation

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to sell your device, nor does it obligate us to purchase it. Either party may withdraw at any point prior to the final agreed transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, SellPhones.sydney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant device.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
